Growing up, everyone would always ask, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Career wise I could never make up my mind, I wanted to be all sorts of things. But the one thing that I did know was that, I always wanted to be a Mother.

 

 

Praise the Lord! My name is Koren Takeyama Sim and I have attended the Lords team ministries Word of Truth Church for about 12 years now.

 

 

On Christmas Eve 2016 I suffered a heart attack that redirected our Christmas, New Years 2017, and the life of me and my family.

 

 

I remember being alone most of my young childhood. Friends and family here and there but still alone. I did not have a relationship with my biological father.
